What sorcery is this?
A vibrant colorful tasting coffee. Quick and easy enough for a daily go-to, but still very enjoyable.
📝 Recipe Notes:
- Grind size: Medium-fine. 12-14 clicks on the Timemore C2
- 100ml of 75°C water for pre-infusion
- 70ml of 96°C water for brewing

Equipment:
- Boil water to 96°C, but when the kettle reaches 75°C pour 100ml water into your cup.
- Put your AeroPress on the cup with 100ml 75°C water in it.
- Add 14gr of coffee into the AeroPress.
- Start the timer and pour 70ml (96°C) in around 20 seconds.
- Stir for 20 seconds.
- Press slowly for 20 seconds through the hiss.
- You should finish at around 1 minute.
- Enjoyyyy!
